Pricing: A $700 refundable deposit is required to reserve a date, and a $1,400 all-day rental fee is due 30 days before the event. You can drop payment by the Mansell House with an appointment or mail us a check to "Alpharetta & Old Milton County Historical Society" or "AOMCHS," 1835 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. You can also pay online with a credit card or PayPal by filling in the rental date and your phone number, clicking the arrow to select the amount, and then clicking the "Pay Now" button to complete payment. with PayPal or credit card. Note: Online processing adds 3% charges.
